Our principal director is David Craig. David has the very unique specialty of serving 25+ years in pastoral ministry AND having a biblical counseling degree. He has served in churches of 90 and of 9,000. He has been a pastor of youth, young adults, community/small groups and worship. He has many years on elder boards, executive leadership teams and as part of senior pastoral staff teams. David also holds a BA in Communication and an MA in Biblical Counseling which has afforded him many years of giving guidance, counsel and spiritual direction. He has also had many years in service to nonprofits in fundraising and marketing.

For these many reasons, David has a very specialized and unique grasp on the many pressures and nuances of pastoral ministry, church ministry and faith-based nonprofits. In fact, he still currently serves on a local church ministry staff.
